A Day Without Pain book cover

Central Recovery Press (CRP) continues to publish books and materials, which can be of use to anyone attending the Pain In Recovery Support Group.  A Day Without Pain explains the problem and Pain Recovery: How to Find Balance and Reduce Suffering from Chronic Pain provides the opportunity to work through the solution in easy-to-understand workbook format.  These materials - and others currently in development - offer the reader the opportunity to discover the problem and to begin working the solution.  Use these materials to supplement, build upon and enhance the fellowship and understanding found in the PIRSG.

Upcoming titles from CRP include the Pain Recovery Daily Meditation and the Pain Recovery Daily Journal due to publish in mid 2009.  These books promise to round out the basic materials we feel are necessary for beginning the journey to pain recovery.  As the PIRSG grows look for additional meetings.  As CRP grows look for additional books and materials of use to anyone interested in pain recovery.
